About the event
This program is specially designed for all ages who wish and want to get better knowledge on basic yoga, especially the stretching part in yoga.
Lessons are structured according to themes and divided into three main parts where each part consists 4 sessions in one month.
In the 75-min session, the class intensity will be gradually increased from warm-up to low-, mild-, medium intensity and relaxation.
You will find every sweat and effort given in the session is so rewarding when the session comes to the relaxation.
Remark: The class will only be confirmed with minimum 3 paid students in a session.
In the event of call-off, full refund will be made to you in June 2020.
A session shall not be exceeding 10 students as undivided attention is much more needed for every student to reap the full benefits!
